For over 40 years, we’ve gained valuable expertise in building and renovating distinguished custom homes for some our country’s top executives and entertainers. We started Valenza Development in The Hamptons on Long Island, New York, where we built “Hamptons-style” wood shingle weekend and summer retreats. After some extensive research on the future of the luxury home market in Arizona, we relocated our business to the Sonoran Desert, and we have not looked back. While our focus has been on the North Scottsdale area, such as Desert Mountain and Mirabel, we also work with clients in mid-Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the Arcadia section of Phoenix.

As the construction project manager, Valenza Development works with many architects and interior designers to create homes worthy of our client’s desire for a central family gathering place, privacy and security. Much of our work has been on new custom home projects, but we’ve also applied our team’s skills to manage home renovation developments as well. From gentle makeovers, to “down-to-the-studs” projects, we can manage and deliver on just about any remodeling project you have in mind.
