A Desire to be the Best

From our beginnings in the custom carpentry trade in Montauk and The Hamptons, New York, to today’s large-scale Arizona custom residential projects, Valenza Development has desired to be THE BEST, not the biggest. We are a hands-on, family-operated company that limits the number of projects we accept to give each of our projects our full attention.

Our specialties include intricate designs in artistic stone and elegant woodwork, both on the interior and the exterior. This attention to details makes the difference between acceptable and EXCEPTIONAL. Our typical new custom homes range from 5,000-10,000 square feet.
